Who is Jesus? If you were to answer that question, what would you say?
Some say Jesus was a humble and decent man who taught great things, while others believe He was much more than that – some believe that Jesus was God in the flesh. Some say He never actually lived, while others say that He lived and died and raised from the dead. Some say He was a prophet, others claim He was an arrogant liar. Some believe that the 4 Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke and John) are God’s true account of the life and teachings of Jesus of Nazareth, while others claim that we cannot trust the content of those 4 books.
How are we to know? Does it really matter?
We encourage you to investigate further. Contact us to find out more about Jesus.
We believe Jesus’ claims that He is the way, the truth, and the life, and that there is no other way to salvation (John 14:6; Acts 4:12). Jesus is the Savior of the world because His blood was poured out on the cross as a payment for the sins of all mankind (Matthew 20:28; 26:28). Jesus also said that whoever believes in Him (John 3:16), repents of his sins (Luke 13:3), loves God with all his heart, soul and strength (Matthew 22:36-37), confesses Jesus before men (Matthew 10:32-33; Romans 10:9-10), and is baptized will be saved (Mark 16:16; Acts 2:38).
